Currently you can add "[noun]", "[adj]", or "[loc]" to be a placeholder for the type of word that will replace it (Where [noun] is a noun, [adj] is an adjective, and [loc] is a location within the Diablo lore). Keep in mind the set of words are generic, so some tweaking will likely be needed to make the correct form for plural or past tense word.
